Thank you for considering me to assist with servicing your real estate requirements. I believe, as it is important for me to get to know you, it is equally important for you to know a little bit more about me. I have been involved in the field of land development and marketing since I began as a trainee Cartographic draftsperson in 1973. In 1987 my business partners and I established a company, which provided mapping and graphic services to the land development & town planning industries, not only to local & national clients but also to overseas clients. Since 1998 I have immersed myself in the real estate industry in a number of different roles. I am also, as you would expect a Licensed Real Estate Consultant and Accredited Sales Consultant, through the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA), which provides further reassurance to clients of receiving specialist residential sales advice and service. I am also the holder of a number of REIWA awarded Real Estate Sales Certificates recognizing high sales achievements. Buying or selling a property is a big decision, therefore it is important to know that whom you select to assist you is a professional in the industry. I feel confident in knowing that due to the collective experience and knowledge I have acquired over the years in the real estate and associated industries, along with a passion for seeing people achieve their goals, that I am fully qualified to work with you.
